Returns and exchanges

Not completely satisfied with your order? You can return or exchange items within 30 days of receipt. Via our returns portal you can create a return label for this at a reduced rate.

Please note: The returns portal can only be used for orders placed in our webshop. For orders placed with or please visit the return service of the respective marketplace.

Easy returns at reduced rates

  1. Go to our returns portal. In the returns portal, you can select your preferred language at the bottom of the page.
  2. Enter your postal code and your Track & Trace or order number.
  3. Go through the menu and create a return label at the reduced rate of € 4.95 for the Netherlands and Belgium. For returns from Germany the rate is € 6.75. This will be settled afterwards.
  4. Pack the undamaged product as well as possible (preferably in original packaging) to avoid damage when returning it.
  5. Enclose the invoice or the completed revocation form so that we can recognise you as the sender.
  6. Send the article back within 14 days after you have reported the return.

Does your order fit through your letterbox? Then it is cheaper for customers from the Netherlands to not use our returns portal, but to have it franked as letterbox post or package at the post office.
Belgian and German customers are advised to check the most economical option.

Costs and risk of return
The costs and risk of return shipment are to be borne by the buyer. For returns and exchanges you have to pay the shipping costs yourself. If you use our returns portal, the above mentioned costs will be settled afterwards.

If you are exchanging an item, we will cover the shipping costs for sending the exchanged item.

If you are returning an item, it must be unused. If not, we cannot accept it as a return. We also request you to use the original packaging in which you received it.

Quick refund on returns
We will refund the full purchase price, including any shipping or delivery charges that were applied to the returned product. If you have created a return label via our returns portal, we will deduct the cost of this from the amount to be refunded.

We will refund the amount on the same day that we receive the return and at the latest within 7 days. We will use the same method of payment that you used to pay for your order. Unless we choose another payment method in consultation. The refund is free of charge for the consumer.

Refunding of shipping costs
Returning an order is always at the expense and risk of the buyer. In case of a return you have to pay the shipping costs yourself.

Paid shipping costs for orders below € 35,- in the Netherlands and € 50,- in Belgium and Germany will be refunded. This only applies if you are returning the entire order. For example, if you order 2 items and keep one and return the other, we will not refund the shipping costs. 

Even if the total amount of the order falls below € 35,- in the Netherlands and € 50,- in Belgium and Germany because of the return, we will deduct the shipping costs from the amount to be refunded. For the Netherlands this is € 3.95, for Belgium € 4.95 and for Germany € 4.95. After all, if you had only ordered this item, these shipping costs would also be charged.

Complaints and warranty
We have a limited warranty of 1 year from date of purchase for defects in materials. During the warranty period we will, according to our discretion, repair or replace the product, provided the product is returned to MoreThanHip (together with the original proof of purchase or our reseller) or good and clear photos of the defects are sent. This warranty does not cover damage resulting from accident, misuse or normal wear and tear or theft.

In all cases, real problems solved immediately. After determination of the complaint please contact us immediately.
