Stylish & colourful design
The Kasia distinguishes itself by its stylish design. The round shape and the colourful material give this work bag a special and happy appearance. Because of the fact that the bags are made from recycled billboards, every piece is one of a kind. So, you will receive the bag as shown in the photo.
Convenient bag for daily use
The inside of the Kasia is big enough for example for magazines or an A4 binder. Besides that, a lunch box and a bottle of water will easily fit in. The Kasia is also sturdy enough to safely carry your laptop (max 37,5 cm width). This makes this shoulder bag perfect for work and study.
Handy inside pockets & strong shoulder strap
In the bag you will find four pouches. Handy for your keys or wallet for example. The Kasia closes with a strong zipper. So your stuff wil be extra safe.
The shoulder strap is made of reused car seatbelt and therefore very strong. It’s adjustable up to a maximum length of approximately 135 centimeters. In this way it’s also wearable as a crossbody bag.

Nowadays, the use of advertising banners is a popular and affordable way to promote your company. Just look around you: you can see them along motorways, at cinemas and office buildings, during fairs and conferences.
After a while, however, they are not current anymore and the residual material is in fact useless. How nice is it then to process these billboards into bags or other accessories?
Upcycling in optima forma
MoreThanHip works together with a studio where end-of-life banners and billboards are transformed into new bags. This is mainly traditional handicraft.
The banners are cleaned first. Then follow the selection of the pieces that are most fun on the front of the bag. The next step is to cut the banners to size using patterns. Only then will the bag itself be put together.
Other recycled materials are also used in these bags. For instance the shoulder straps are really used seat belts. In addition, bicycle inner tubes are used in some models.
Colourful and unique
Because the bags are made from recycled advertising banners, none of these bags is exactly the same. The models of course are the same, but the colours and prints are always unique. Say for yourself, how nice is a bag that really does not have anyone else?
Wear during use
With intensive use, the prints can fade and wear at the corners. The material is originally printed to serve as an advertising banner and that does not have to be very durable. In use, your bag will get a nice vintage effect.
