Use of our free gift service
Is your order a gift? We are happy to wrap it nicely for you and include a card with your gift message. Just for free! You can indicate this at 'Gift Options' in the shopping cart. Do you like us to send the gift directly to the lucky recipient? Then enter the recipient's address at the shipping address (at the checkout).
Not completely satisfied with your order? Within 30 days after delivery, the products can be returned without cause and we immediately will return the purchase price. The costs for returning a parcel are to be paid by the buyer.
Returns will only be considered as follows:
- Send an e-mail to email@example.com within 30 days after delivery
- State your order number In the e-mail
- Pack the undamaged product (preferably in original packaging) so that damage during transport will be avoided
- Include the invoice or the completed revocation form so we can recognize you as a sender.
- Return the item within 14 days after you report the return.

Fast refund when returning
We will refund the full purchase amount, including any shipping or delivery costs charged for the returned product. Normally we will perform the refund on the same day we receive the return, but within 7 days at the latest. For repayment, we use the same payment method you used to pay your order. Except when in consultation with you another payment method is chosen. The refund is free for you as a customer.
Exchange is no problem
Call or e-mail us as soon as possible, but no later than 30 days after delivery. Costs and risk for return shipping are for the buyer.
Complaints and warranty
We have a limited warranty of 1 year from date of purchase for defects in materials. During the warranty period we will, according to our discretion, repair or replace the product, provided the product is returned to MoreThanHip (together with the original proof of purchase or our reseller) or good and clear photos of the defects are sent. This warranty does not cover damage resulting from accident, misuse or normal wear and tear or theft.
In all cases, real problems solved immediately. After determination of the complaint please directly contact us by emailing firstname.lastname@example.org.
